Client notices let you display an important message directly on your public schedule. Clients will see a bell icon in the page header — and optionally a popup that appears automatically when the page loads. You can create and manage notices in Settings > Public Schedule — scroll down to the Client Notices section.
When to use a notice
Announcing holidays or studio closures.
Changes to opening hours or schedule.
Important news for all clients (new course, event, policy changes).
How to create a notice
Go to Settings > Public Schedule and scroll down to the Client Notices section.
Click New Notice.
Fill in the Notice Title (max 255 characters) — e.g. "Christmas Holidays".
Fill in the Notice Message (max 1000 characters) — e.g. "The studio will be closed from Dec 23 to Jan 2. Happy holidays!". The text supports formatting (bold, links, images).
Optionally enable Automatically show as popup — the notice will automatically appear to clients who haven't seen it yet, right after the page loads.
Click Create Notice.
How clients see the notice
A bell icon appears in the header of the public schedule. If the notice is unread, the bell displays a red dot.
Clicking the bell opens the notice in a modal window with the title and message.
If you enabled the popup, the notice appears automatically on the client's first visit — only once per client.
Activating and deactivating
Each notice can be toggled between two states:
Visible to clients — the notice is shown on the public schedule.
Hidden — the notice is not visible to clients but remains saved in your history.
You can toggle the status directly on the notice card.
Editing a notice
You can edit the current (most recent) notice at any time — change the title, message, or popup setting. Changes take effect immediately.
Older notices
Below the current notice, you'll find the Older Notices section with a history of all previous notices. You can browse through them and load more using the Load More button.
FAQ
How many times does the popup appear for a single client?
The popup appears only once — on the client's first visit to the public schedule after the notice was created. After that, they can reopen it by clicking the bell icon.
Can I have multiple active notices at the same time?
Clients always see only the most recent active notice. Older notices remain in the history but are not visible to clients.
Does the notice expire automatically?
No. A notice stays active until you manually hide it or create a new one.
